About the Office

Our office is conveniently located off Algonquin Road, in Lake in the Hills. We also serve the surrounding communities of Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Huntley, Cary, West Dundee and Carpentersville. We are a small family-owned practice that offers the best of modern, state of the art dentistry while trying to maintain a relaxed and caring environment. It is extremely important to us that your experience with us is as low stress as possible. Please feel free to voice any and all concerns you may have regarding any treatment. We look forward to welcoming you to our family.

Hours of Operation

We are open from 8AM to 8PM Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Thursday we are open from 8AM to 6PM.
Fridays 8AM to 2PM. We are open 2-3 Saturdays a month, 8AM to 3 PM.

We maintain these liberal hours, but request that all treatment be done by appointment only. This allows us to concentrate our efforts on the individual patient and maintain as punctual a schedule as possible. We do have to deal with unexpected emergencies on a daily basis. Doctors and staff do everything possible to stay on time. We appreciate your understanding that occasionally we do not have complete control of our schedule.

Appointments

Our business hours are 8am to 8pm Monday-Wednesday, 8am-6pm Thursdays, and 8am-2pm on Fridays. If you call during those hours and receive a recording the phones are exceptionally busy: please leave a message and we will call you right back. If you call after hours, we will return your call on the next business day.

Emergencies

We typically will try to see you the same day if you are in pain. We do set aside emergency time, but occasionally the time is exceeded by the number of emergencies. We ask you understanding and flexibility in trying to get you scheduled.

If you call after hours, you will receive a recorded message. If you need to urgently contact a doctor please press “0” and you will be directed to a live operator. They will page us and we will call you back as quickly as possible.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time specifically for you! We prepare for you by reserving the dentist, support staff, room, and even prepare financial and insurance records for your appointment. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that prevents patients from keeping their appointments. We ask that you give us at least 48 hour’s notice of your intention to cancel. This allows us to quickly reschedule your appointment and allow another patient to have the appointment time originally scheduled for you.
Your courtesy in this request allows running our office more efficiently, and subsequently providing more affordable dental care for all our patients.

Financial Policy

As with any service, our financial relationship is with you, the patient. We will be happy to work with your insurance company to file, document, and help in collecting your benefits. We will try to organize your treatment to maximize your benefits. We are currently contracted with Metlife PPO and Delta Premier/PPO. We can work with most other insurers as well—even other PPO’s. Since the details of coverage vary widely from carrier to carrier, we recommend calling us and allowing us to investigate your insurance provider’s specific limitations.

Doing this in advance of your appointment can often prevent confusion and unnecessary costly mistakes.

Ultimately, any costs incurred are the patient’s responsibility. We will always attempt to work with you. We except major credit cards such as: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For larger amounts we offer financing through outside sources on approved credit. Patients who have Metlife and Delta PPO plans, because you receive a substantial discount on services, we ask that co-payments be made at the time of treatment.
